Digital products (PDFs, playbooks, blueprints, course access) are delivered electronically. Due to the instant and irreversible nature of digital delivery, all sales of downloadable products are final and non-refundable once the product has been accessed or downloaded.
If you are not satisfied with a masterclass or course, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course content. Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected].
Coaching retainers and multi-session packages are non-refundable after the first session has been completed. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled session will not be charged for that session.
